HR Data Specialist

2 spoken languages: Main language: Serbian, Croatian, Bulgarian, Hungarian, Czech, Slovak or French; English as a second language.
Planning and organisation skills with experience of managing multiple tasks.
Written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work competently with numerical information.
Experience of working in a highly confidential role and environment.
General HR Administration & Payroll experience is an advantage

Accountable for implementing & operating Enterprise HR Data processes both locally and across business units (as required) that deliver high quality and accurate HR Data across the business.
Act as first point of contact for HR related questions via E-Mail or phone
HR administration of employee life cycle in the company (from hire to retire)
Create standard HR documents for employees using existing templates
Update HR systems with information changes
Run and create HR Data reports, analyse them and make recommendations
Liase with country HR Operations teams and local stakeholders to deliver on processes in line with the agreed SLAs
