Requirements
- 1 year of relevant experience
- Strong academic knowledge in Accounting, Finance, (Academy of Economic Studies of Bucharest)
- Good knowledge of computer usage and related software (Excel, Word, Accesss)
- Previous work in accounting software (People Soft) would be an advantage
- Advanced level of French
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive behavior
- Recording the procurement requests made by the users
-Analyzing the suppliers offers according to existing contracts, agreed prices etc.
-Managing the orders – delivery time management
-Controlling all the data related to orders, invoices, payment accuracy
-Carrying out calls/ Visio meetings with the suppliers & the procurement team from Paris
-The activity is based exclusively in French
