    Requirements

    - Previous experience in Information Technology or related area represents and advantage
    - Bachelor’s degree, preferable in Computer Science or related field
    - Fluent in English and German
    - Advanced PC knowledge (MS Office package)
    - Basic IT and network skills (CoS, RTD, etc.)

    Responsibilities

    Back office activities for Allianz OEs that include:
    - Monthly review (Accenture) network reports, create customer summary presentation
    - Review performance for WAN tier 2 and above on a monthly basis
    - Weekly review operation reports
    - Review capacity reports
    - Review (Accenture) invoice (compare to Valumation for LAN, WAN), including impact to BC
    - Improve data quality between ACN-CMDB/Valumation/Zennos
    - Create slides for the operational customer meeting
    - Prepare and track operational meetings
    o schedule and organize meetings
    o create/align meeting agendas and minutes
    o track activities
    - Prepare service offer and track and document the approval
    - Prepare ad hoc reports and analyses
    - Organize and participate in operational workshops
