    Cerinte

    • University degree
    • At least 1 year experience in a customer service or account management role preferably within the energy industry
    • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
    • Good organisational skills
    • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint
    • A good team player
    • Experience in building relationships with customers & suppliers
    • A critical eye for detail

    Responsabilitati

    • Supporting the EU (Strategic) Relationship Manager with their client portfolio
    • Resolving customer queries
    • Producing, checking and delivering various reports.
    • Data administration
    • Guiding customers through the negotiation of their electricity and gas contracts
    • Post tendering support
    • Market changes and regulations
    • Expanding customer knowledge in the electricity and gas fields
