Business Analyst Support

Requirements:
- University degree or equivalent experience;
- Business support role experience or Business knowledge;
- Passion for data (from big data to business analysis to management advice);
- Fluent in English;
- Basic Excel skills (i.e. filters, pivots, vlookup);
- Good communication skills;
- Planning and organizing skills;
- Analytic and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Point of contact between Supplies Distribution Business Analysts and Supplies Distribution Current Business Manager on order monitoring and tracking related topics;
- Order monitoring and tracking against specific quarterly targets;
- Data preparation & analysis for the different workstreams;
- Flagging of potential risks/ issues related to the specific quarterly target achievement based on daily updated reports.
