Technical Writer

• Broad knowledge of network protocols
• Good programming skills in multiple languages (C, Python, Ruby, etc)
• Creative, problem-solving approach to projects
• Experience administering a variety of network and server equipment
• Bachelor degree in CS, EE or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of protocol analyzers – a plus
• Domain knowledge in vulnerability research and exploit development – a plus

• Write different types of manuals / online content in a clear and concise manner; These could be USER guides, Installation manuals, API guides etc;
• Be technically savvy in the areas of documentation, by being hands-on with the features that is being dealt with;
• Be capable of researching for relevant information independently;
• Be proficient in usage of documentation tools & systems and aware of new technologies in documentation, industry best practices;
• Deliver the work allocated in time and with quality;
• Adopt the right kind of communication mechanism to receive inputs (demos / review comments) from cross functional team;
• Be an excellent team player with good inter personal skills within the team and with cross-functional team members;
