• Proficiency in English (French would be a plus)
• Experience in using ERP systems (Oracle/SAP) is a plus

Job Description

The Travel and Expenses Agent role is part of the Accounts Payable Team of SNC-Lavalin’s Financial Shared Service Center based in Bucharest.
While covering this position, you will be performing accounting tasks related to the travel & expenses process, by applying established standard processes and procedures as part of the deployment of the payables process in the center.
Responsibilities
• Audit the expense claims from a compliance perspective, process the expense reports, initiate the T&E payments, run reports on taxes & other related transactional tasks
• Run KPI’s (key performance indicators) reports
• Maintain a high level of knowledge management / update the Standard Operating Procedures
• Provide training to newcomers and ensure an efficient backup structure
• Identify areas of process / system improvements and propose initiatives for development
• Build strong relationship with SNC-Lavalin internal customers
• Ensure all the communications, escalations and approvals follow the governance setup
• Document the process historical records.
