    Mellon Romania seeks to hire an Assistant Manager.

    - University degree;
    - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package;
    - Good English knowledge;
    - Excellent communication skills;
    - Must be able to work effectively in a multi-task environment;


    - Manages the business correspondence (telephone, electronic, written);
    - Orders office supplies;
    - Travel arrangements (flight tickets, hotel reservation, taxi, meeting rooms, registration);
    - Acting as an administrative support to all departments;
    - Perform various translations from English to Romanian, and vice versa;
    - Responsible to keep the document archive up to date;
    - Provide supporting documentation and information on internal process that is required for accounting and financial processes;
    - Daily/monthly reports
    - Provides support whenever necessary;
