Contracts Execution Officer (Buzau)

2-4 years of relevant experience
Bachelor degree, preferably in Economics, Law or Mathematics
Good command of English, spoken and written
PC literate (MS Office, Outlook or Lotus)
Good numerical skills, analysis and synthesis abilities
Pro-active, dynamic, willing to learn
Resources and time management abilities

Execution of the sales and purchases contracts- cargo contracts
Issue the specific documents and contract execution related documents and correspondence
Monitor, control and ensure cargo quality, ownership transfer and credit limits
Monitor & control the expenditure and resources, inventories costs
Register, issue and manage document flow and system data base to ensure correct and accurate information input into data base, cost distribution on the inventories, correspondence and invoice registration
