- Experience of working in a multicultural environment
- Ability to work at a high standard ( and while under pressure)
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Good written skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with the use of office equipment
- Computer literate, with keyboard skills and experience of word-processing, combined with the ability to acquire other skills as necessary
- Self-motivation, quick learning and creative thinking
- Very good English language skills
- Greet, assist and direct students, visitors and the general public
- Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required
- Monitor the use of supplies
- Pick up and deliver the mail
- Schedule appointments
- Provide office supplies (Stationery& Kitchen supplies) for staff and maintain adequate stocks
- Handling booking tasks (booking hotels, planes, etc.)
