What will you need:

1. Experience in customer support
2. Very good English skills (spoken and written)
3. A customer oriented attitude
4. To have a metrics oriented mindset

What will you do:

1. Take incoming requests from customers
2. Evaluate customer needs
3. Provide a customized solution
4. Gather information and provide reports regarding clients status
5. Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
6. Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
