More than 130 000 employees in more than 80 countries worldwide work every day to provide products of superior quality and value to the world's consumers.

    Responsibilities

Getting thousands of different products onto the shelves in our customer's stores in the right quantities, at the right time and with perfect quality really does present a new challenge every day! P&G's Supply Network Operations (SNO) organization is there to meet this challenge: forecasting customer demand, owning and executing production and capacity planning, managing the information flows for the entire supply chain and owning the physical flow process from suppliers through production plants and distribution centers to the customer's shelf. Your responsibility is to make sure that we flawlessly have the right product at the right place with the right cost.

As a new manager within the SNO organization, you will have a real job, with real responsibility from day-one, together with the training and development you need to be successful. Our unique 'build from within' organization means we grow and develop our senior management of the future from new managers like you. So, we will continually develop your career through a broad and varied range of assignments that ensure your skills and capabilities are continually challenged and developed. An initial office based Supply Network Operations assignment in Romania could be either in our Headquarters in Bucharest or in our Distribution Center in Timisoara.
