    - Assist Operations Director in supporting various EMEA Consulting VPs and Senior Directors including report production and analysis, dealing with queries etc.
    - Supporting Business Management in streamlining and simplifying operation processes
    - Working closely with Operations Services teams to facilitate hand over of tasks and reports and designing integrating new reports
    - Provide Business Management support for local Romanian practice.
    - Temporary ad-hoc support to EMEA Regional business management leaders as required
