POSITION SUMMARY

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop software modules that robustly implement web front end applications and restful web services that scale to high throughput rates and process large volumes of unstructured data in real-time
Develop Unit Tests, assuring a high level of quality
Be willing to learn new technologies

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
2+ Years experience as a Software Engineer in Web application development
 Hands on experience with client-side JavaScript, HTML and CSS
Experience with JavaScript libraries (Angular.JS, etc) is a plus
Server-side JavaScript experience (Node.JS, Express.JS etc)
Understanding of REST principles as well as the MVC patterns
Good coding and design skills, strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures

*Git, Bower, AngularJS, ReactJS, SocketIO, D3.js, Bootstrap, jQuery, MooTools, SASS/LESS, CSS3, Compass​, ES6, CoffeeScript are all plusses. You do not need to know all of this, but you will be given the opportunity to learn most of it at Atigeo.
