HRO - Process Lead

- 7 years of experience in HR projects, out of which at least 4 years in a people management role
- HR process outsourcing experience (Workforce Administration/Onboarding/Recruitment /Employee Relations/Performance - Management/ Comp&Ben management)
- Managing P & L for the account
- Exposure to various HR tools & technology
- Experience in HR applications / ERPs (Workday, SAP etc.) will be an added advantage

- Develop and implement strategies to attain optimum results in service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Drive consistency and accuracy to deliver on-time results
- Educate and develop Team Leaders/Associates for better performance
- Responsible for people engagement levels at the account hiring, attrition, engagement programs, career planning etc
- Ensure timely and accurate measurement and reporting procedures are in place
- Ensure Process meets all compliance standards
- Actively participate in strategic business planning sessions
- Responsible for account meeting all customer stipulated service levels and compliance requirements
- Interact with client members (e.g. Client Sponsor, Client GBS Head etc.), Client SMEs and client Functional Heads
