    Requirements

    ► Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar job (facility/ property management, office administration for type A office buildings);
    ► University degree (technical studies represent an advantage);
    ► Knowledge of health, safety and office security rules;
    ► Advanced English knowledge;
    ► MS Office proficiency;
    ► Dynamic person, with strong organizational skills;
    ► Results oriented, effectively prioritize and multi-task;
    ► Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.

    Responsibilities

    ► Oversees all activities related to working conditions in accordance with company standards: office space, ambiance and cleanliness;
    ► Oversees day-to-day administrative operations including security, protocol, cleaning, maintenance etc.;
    ► Checks the office space on a daily basis, notices malfunctions and takes immediate action to remedy them;
    ► Ensures preventive and corrective maintenance for the office installations, HVAC equipment, vending machines;
    ► Maintains the relationship with building management unit in order to solve problems that arise;
    ► Ensures the supply of consumable items (protocol products, fruits, beverages) and coordinates/supervises the reception (and storage if necessary) of products purchased;
    ► Ensures logistic and administrative support for all EY offices and in case of relocations;
    ► Responsibility for inventory of fixed assets.
