    EXPERIENTA Minim 3 ani intr-o pozitie similara.
    STUDII OBLIGATORII Studii superioare.
    CUNOSTINTE DE LIMBI STRAINE Engleza: mediu-avansat.
    ALTE CUNOSTINTE SI COMPETENTE Microsoft Office;
    Notiune generale de SAP – optional;
    Bune abilitati de comunicare;
    Atent, organizat, rapid, capabil de a lucra independent si in echipa.

    Responsabilitati

    CLIENTI Preluare comenzi telefonice;
    Preluare comenzi mail, confirmarea lor conform stocului existent;
    Emiterea comenzilor in SAP;
    Transmiterea pe mail a facturilor de stoc catre clienti;
    Emiterea de chitante in cazul platilor cash;
    Solutionarea diverselor probleme.

    APROVIZIONARE Verificarea atenta a necesarului de stoc;
    Comunicare necesar stoc catre directorii de vanzari.

    FURNIZORI Creare, emitere si trimitere comenzi;
    Inregistrare facturi marfa;
    Verificarea atenta a confirmarilor de comenzi si a facturilor;
    Corespondenta cu furnizorii;
    Solutionarea diverselor probleme logistice(paleti stricati, etc).
    TRANSPORT
    SI CURIERAT Gestionare comenzi de transport catre transportatori;
    Urmarirea livrarii;
    Emiterea AWB-urilor aferente expedierilor prin curier.
    ARHIVARE
    DOCUMENTE Arhivare lunara documente (facturi, avize, CMR, NIR, etc).
    ADMINISTRATIVE Alte activitati administrative.
