HR Manager

Euro-Testing Software Solutions is a privately-owned software company specialized in Full-Service Software Testing, Penetration Testing, Vulnerability Identification & Management, Application and Data Security, Static & Dynamic Code Analysis as well as, DevOps/DevSecOps, Robotic Process Automation, Implementation and Customization for Atlassian and Micro Focus (HPE) products.

• University (BS or Master) degree and minimum 5 years’ experience
• Relevant experience in an equivalent leadership position
• Demonstrable results in selection processes, recruitment, retention and employees motivation
• Previous experience as a recruiter in a software development company
• Excellent communication skills
• Very good organizational skills and project management
• Analytical and strategic thinking, proactive attitude
• Very good English language skills

• Develop, manage and implement HR strategy in line with company objectives
• Manages HR operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching and counseling staff
• Planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing staff job performance;
