    Requirements

    • Foreign language skills: English (advanced), French (advanced), Spanish (advance, medium), Italian (advance, medium)
    • Moderate computer skills, PC & Internet.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Word
    • Excellent Customer Service Skills

    Responsibilities

    • Provide quality customer service on every call/ email.
    • Communicate clearly and effectively with participants.
    • Promote good listening skills.
    • Recognizing and managing assertive customers.
    • Perform surveys
