• Experience in 2G/3G/4G Site (Coverage, Frequency, RF Algorithm & Parameter) and Transport Planning for at least 5 years;
• Experience in RAN Capacity Planning and Network Performance KPI’s ;
• Excellent knowledge of Network Planning processes;
• Experience with Huawei/Ericsson projects and skilled with Huawei/Ericsson wireless equipment and network;
• Experience with Vodafone Germany projects & familiar with Vodafone Planning processes is preferred;
• Management skills;
• Management Reporting and Presentation skills;
• Work Flow Process definition skills;
• Experience working in or with virtual teams is preferred (local, international);
• Fluent in English, German speaking is preferred;

• Definition of standard external & internal procedures for Radio Network Planning based on customer requirements, especially consider the offshore delivery;
• External and internal interface for project coordination;
• Manage & review the results of all defined radio planning procedures;
• Knowledge transfer of all radio planning process to other colleagues;
• Realization of network Coverage, Frequency & Capacity planning projects for commercial GSM/WCDMA/LTE networks;
• Execute the activities in Site Acquisition, Coordination with other Network Operators & Information Management processes;
