• Diploma or master in Telecommunication or Electrical / Electronic Engineering or minimum 2 years practical experience in supporting or deploying Datacom and Broadband project;
• knowledge of Networking Technologies such as Ethernet, GPON, xDSL, ATM, TCP/IP, VOIP,MPLS etc;
• Good knowledge of Linux or other operation system;
• Problem diagnosis, logical thinking and resolution skills are essential;
• Experience in other telecom vendor is priority;
• Fluency in English and German;
• Autonomous, strong learning and team cooperation ability;
• Able to travel in Germany for knowledge transfer.

• Definition of standard external & internal procedures for Access Network Planning based on customer requirements, especially consider the offshore delivery;
• External and internal interface for project coordination;
• Manage & review the results of all defined access planning procedures;
• Detail workflow for the process, every input/outpurt/Analysis/templet..etc;
• Knowledge transfer of all access planning process to other colleagues;
• Investigate, isolate and drive problems reported by customer to a closure;
• Updated customer tools (Cramer, KRUG- and ASB-Tool etc.);
• Output MDF(Main Distribution Frame) design;
• MDF Monitoring Product Groups and Ports;
