    Requirements

    Desired Skills & Experience:

    – 2+ years’ worth of experience with event marketing/ project management/entrepreneurial projects;

    – Exceptionally detail-oriented and organized;

    – Self-starter with a proven track record and an entrepreneurial spirit;

    – Demonstrated ability to manage projects successfully with minimal guidance in a fast-paced business environment;

    – Solid understanding of the local business landscape;

    – Strong team orientation;

    – Proficiency in English;

    – Flexible, positive personality with good interpersonal and negotiation skills;

    – Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel);

    Responsibilities

    Brief job description:

    – Planning and coordinating BR’s events, making sure that all the elements are implemented in accordance with the concept and timeline established;

    – Creating the event program; coming up with the best topics and speakers through market research into partners and audience interests and business trends;

    – Inviting and keeping contact with all event speakers;

    – Establishing the date and booking the venue in accordance with the event budget and competition;

    – Proposing and attracting sponsors for the event alongside the sales team, making sure that all contractual terms are implemented accordingly;

    – Ensuring that all marketing activities are implemented in accordance with the strategy and timeline agreed on;

    – Proposing and managing the event budget;

    – Post event activities and other ad-hoc event duties as required;
