AP Accountant (determined period 2 years)

•Technical skills and education
University degree in Accounting / Economics;
Relevant experience in statutory accounting (OMF); US GAAP exposure would be a plus;
2-3 years expertise in accounting position;
MS Office, ERP; SAP knowledge would be a plus.

Perform general transactional accounting entries in SAP;
Recording into the system of invoices received from vendors and check for supporting documentation, validity of the contract;
Input into accounting system of all accrual receives from departments;
Monthly reconciliation of general ledger accounts;
Monthly reconciliation of stock accounts with AGRI stock reports;
Perform the monthly revaluation of open items for both statutory and Group reporting purpose;
Providing assistance during financial & tax audits;
Input into the system the travel reports and check the authorization of all travel expenses according with Fiscal code and internal procedures;
Analyse the data in SAP accounts versus the supporting documents;
Perform SOX controls regarding the review and reconciliation of statutory accounts and maintain monthly file with documentation of controls.

The position holder will be directly reporting to the Chief Accountant of the organization
