We are looking for a full-time English Technical Care Agent to join our team!
You will be involved in a dynamic blend of car device expertise and customer care service environment.
Advanced level of English
Listening skills
Computer skills
Customer service orientation
Ability to understand technical processes
Open to lean and to provide new solutions where required
Able to manage a reporting process
Flexibility and team oriented attitude
Ensuring the technical support for IT users
Answering users’ questions via phone or e-mail
Troubleshooting the problems and transferring all the support requests which cannot be troubleshooted
