    •Graduate from Finance / Economics / Accounting/ Engineering;
    •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Romanian (other language is a plus);
    •Proficient IT skills (Word, Excel, Power Point);
    •Strong motivation, dedication and enthusiasm;
    •Self-motivated, positive attitude;
    •Willingness to learn;
    •Attention to detail with a commitment to high quality;
    •Desire to exceed expectations;
    •High level of motivation and drive to start a career in professional services.

    Responsibilities

    Job purpose

    As a TAS assistant, you will work on various TAS engagements in different industry sectors in which EY is acknowledged as a market leader, specifically: financial services, energy and utilities, oil and gas, telecommunications, industrial products, automotive, retail and consumer products, real estate.

    Your responsibilities

    •Contribute to the preparation of a pitch document / research paper / TAS proposal by pulling together relevant research on prospective client in response to tender requirements
    •Understand client needs and organizational structure;
    •Research and read relevant external publications in relation to current deals and market trends;
    •Support gathering information relevant for the engagement;
    •Assist in the preparation of financial analyses, including ratio and trend analysis, for a wide range of engagements;
    •Analyses and presents information in a coherent and succinct manner, ensuring appropriate working paper documentation is maintained;
    •Draft specific report / presentation sections based on analysis performed;
