Technical skills requirements
Graduates from: Economics, Public Administration / Public Policies /Technical Sciences / EU related matters;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Romanian (Italian or French language is a plus);
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point);

Job purpose
As a Junior Advisor, you will work on various advisory engagements in different industry sectors in which EY is acknowledged as a market leader, specifically: financial services, energy, government and public sector.

Your client responsibilities
Working in a team, you will interact with the client in order to collect all the necessary data/information, set-up and maintain advisory files, prepare leads, etc.
Working with the private sector in Performance Improvement, IT Risk Advisory and Financial Risk Advisory and public sector in matters related to EU funds, public programs and policies, evaluation of public policies;
Perform research projects, studies run by universities, NGOs etc.;
Verify the quality of own and delegated work before submitting to the next-level reviewer;
Perform searches on Internet and EY databases;
Prepare documentation for archiving when the projects are finished;
Anticipate and identifies risks and scheduling conflicts, escalating issues as appropriate;
Prepare presentations and creates working files necessary for the engagements
