Experience in MS office Suite;
Experience in supporting MS office and Windows 7, 8;
Running the office services by organizing the operations and procedures;
Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, etc., to produce correspondence and documents
Using content management systems to maintain and update websites and internal databases;
Attending strategy meetings and give inputs
Give inputs of what stationery and equipment will be used;
Creation of site layout/user interface from provided design concepts by using standard HTML/CSS practices.
Placement and layout of web site pages given provided content.
Design and creation of relational database schemas.
Specifications/Requirements gathering as needed.
Routine daily maintenance of existing sites and applications.
