Requirements

• Experience in technology delivery, project coordination, project management, or a related discipline.
• Understanding of software development lifecycles and delivery frameworks.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of business analysis, quality assurance, technology governance, or related disciplines is advantageous.

• The successful candidate should have:

Responsibilities

Delivery Leadership
• Lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of technology initiatives.
• Coordinate delivery activities across multiple teams and business units.
• Ensure delivery milestones, quality standards, and timelines are achieved.
• Manage delivery risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, and change controls.
Project & Resource Management
• Identify, track, and manage technical dependencies and competing priorities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure appropriate resource allocation and delivery sequencing.
• Monitor delivery progress and take corrective action where required.
• Support continuous improvement of delivery processes and methodologies.
Stakeholder Management
• Build and maintain relationships with business, technology, and external partners.
• Communicate delivery status, risks, and decisions clearly and effectively.
• Facilitate discussions to align priorities and resolve conflicts.
• Gather and act on supplier and stakeholder feedback to improve outcomes.
Governance & Controls
• Ensure adherence to organisational, regulatory, and technology governance standards.
• Maintain effective project controls, reporting, and documentation.
• Drive compliance with agreed delivery methodologies and change management processes.

• The requirement is for a Delivery Manager to support the RTMDS Cascade programme.
• The primary objective is the deployment of RTMDS V3 across three locations: Mumbai, Shanghai, and Sydney, followed by customer migration activities and eventual decommissioning of the V2 platform.
• This is largely an infrastructure-focused project, requiring close collaboration with procurement, vendor management, technical teams, and customer engagement teams.
Project Status
• The programme is currently underway and is not a greenfield initiative.
• Most hardware has already been ordered and is beginning to arrive on-site.
• Current focus is on overseeing infrastructure build activities, with customer migration activities expected to follow.
• Existing programme and technical leads will support onboarding and knowledge transfer.
