Role
Transform raw data into meaningful management information that supports Top Management decisions and optimizes bank profitability.

What you'll do

• Manage the MIS tool and prepare contribution margin reports designed to reflect client, segment, product and bank profitability.

• Design monthly and ad-hoc MIS reports and improve reporting flows.

• Engage in automation initiatives of the reporting process and financial reports; collaborate with BI, Controlling and other key departments, to develop self-service BI tools.

• Consistently address data quality issues and search for improvement measures.

What we're looking for

• Strong analytical profile and communication skills, interest in banking, good understanding of balance sheet & P&L.

• Advanced Excel, solid data analysis skills; SQL and data modeling are a plus.

• Organized, disciplined, "can-do" attitude; able to work under tight deadlines.

• Very good English; relevant studies (economics/finance or computer science).

• Relevant experience in similar positions or dealing with similar activities is a plus.
