Requirements

Recruitment Expertise: Utilise your knowledge in technology and/or in F&O recruitment to identify, attract, and engage with top talent. Guide candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Market Knowledge: Stay connected to industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to effectively advise clients and candidates.
Lead Generation & Client Pipeline Growth: Proactively generate leads and expand the client pipeline through strategic outreach, networking, and relationship building.
Client Relationship Management: Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and culture. Negotiate requirements and ensure client satisfaction through diligent follow-up and exceptional service.
Adaptation to Market Realities: Continuously adapt recruitment strategies and candidate profiles to align with the evolving technology market and client demands.

Responsibilities

We're looking for experienced Recruitment Consultants to join our team and support strategic recruitment projects for international clients.

Depending on your background and expertise, you'll work on either:

Technology recruitment (Software Engineering, Infrastructure, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data, AI, Product, Engineering Leadership), or
Finance & Operations recruitment (Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Shared Services, Global Business Services and leadership positions).

You'll manage end-to-end recruitment processes, partner closely with hiring managers and play an active role in identifying and attracting high-calibre professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake meeting to offer acceptance.
- Develop sourcing strategies and proactively identify passive candidates.
- Conduct structured interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Build trusted relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Provide market insights and consultative recommendations throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience and high-quality delivery.
