A Snapshot of Your Day

Lead the EQS function across Digital Grid and establish a coherent, scalable, and digitally enabled EQS operating model that ensures compliance, strengthens risk management, and supports high-quality execution in a global, fast-growing business.

This role goes beyond traditional EQS leadership by building a data-driven, transparent, and integrated framework that embeds EQS into Digital Grid's operations and decision-making processes.

• Clear and adopted DG EQS framework and governance model
• Standardized and improved EQS KPI and reporting transparency
• Stronger integration of EQS into operations and product lifecycle
• Increased maturity in risk, quality, and compliance processes
• High adoption of EQS tools, standards, and practices across DG

• Define and implement the DG-wide EQS framework across EHS, Quality, Product Safety, and Sustainability
• Establish a maturity model and roadmap for deployment across segments and regions
• Define clear boundaries between DG standards and segment flexibility

• Drive the digitalization of EQS processes, reporting, and governance
• Establish standardized tools, dashboards, and reporting structures
• Enable data-driven insights and improved transparency for decision-making

• Define and govern the EQS RACI, decision-making framework, and escalation model
• Ensure alignment with Siemens Energy, GT, and regulatory requirements
• Strengthen risk and compliance processes across Digital Grid

• Define and implement a DG-wide EQS KPI framework and reporting model
• Drive transparency through consistent performance tracking and reviews
• Enable leadership visibility into key EQS metrics and trends

• Strengthen Product Safety as a core pillar of EQS
• Ensure integration with cybersecurity and regulatory requirements
• Drive systematic risk identification, mitigation, and continuous improvement

• Translate standards into practical tools (templates, playbooks, guidance)
• Support segments and regions in implementation and adoption
• Ensure consistency while enabling local adaptation where appropriate

• Establish and lead a DG-wide EQS community across segments and regions
• Build capability through training, coaching, and communication
• Promote a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement

• Extensive experience in EQS / EHS / Quality / Product Safety leadership
• Proven track record in global, matrix organizations
• Experience in building or transforming governance and operating models
• Strong digital mindset with experience in process optimization and data-driven decision making
• Ability to influence across functions and drive alignment in complex environments
• Strategic and structured approach to problem solving
• Strong execution focus and ownership
• Ability to simplify complexity and drive clarity
• Collaborative and influencing leadership style
