What do we do?

As a Delivery Manager in SME Delivery Unit you will ensure end2end overall IT responsibilities for dedicated squads: both from a people and an IT delivery process perspective. Your main goal is to be a Partner for the Business owners you interact with and ensure:

(1) business strategy implementation within designated squad;

(2) squads are equipped with proper technology, skills, etc.,

(3) people leadership;

(4) solution(s) fit within the overall IT strategy while having

(5) shared responsibility for IT delivery within the squad.

What You Will Do:

. Have joint responsibility for the delivery/ implementation of the impact map and provided strategic business and IT goals

. Shares accountability of Business Product Stream objectives and KPIs achievement with Tribe Lead

. Ensures the defined solution fits to the IT strategy (IT goals must be reflected in the Product Backlog)

. Responsible overall for delivery of Product Stream

. Works closely with the Product Owners and Solution Architect to define the Product Backlogs - including definition of technical epics / user stories - and the Release Plans

. Leads the collaborative, dynamic planning process while considering the capacity and delivery team's capabilities

. Support IT Run-the-Bank activities in the Product Stream(s) delivery

. Assures the planning alignment of all cross functional teams and manage impediments across teams

. Responsible for provider and vendor management in alignment with procurement processes

. Manages stakeholders' expectations & evaluate risks that can cause potential delays in delivery together with Business owners

. Support in defining team objectives together with Tribe Lead and Business Area Owners

You'll Succeed With:

. Background of Delivery of projects (minimum 5 years)

. Experience in stakeholders' management

. Experience with people leadership & growth

. Experience in coaching & mentorship as well team motivation

. The ability to remove blockers that affects plans and hinders the delivery

. Communicate transparently

. Engineering or Consulting Background
