Advanced Process Technology Engineer (F/M) - Marquardt

Mission:

oCreating and maintaining all manufacturing needs from the phase of "project won" until "end of production" 

Respnsibilty:

-Team member of the manufacturing planning team

-Responsible for the industrialization of all manufacturing processes like molding, assembly and electronics, Experience in molding process is an advantage.

-Creates detailed planning of all production processes including layout and logistics planning (specific customer and supplier packaging has to fit to the line and operator needs).

-Taking an active role in defining and executing P-FMEA

-Combine the operating resources costs with the payback period rule for automation solutions.

-Order, procurement of the assembly equipment, acceptance at supplier and approval at the factory

-Creation of predefined time calculation 

-Creating of specification and work instructions for PEP and AEP

-Collaboration and evaluation of all RUNs

-Review and adjustment of the standard operation times

-Ensure conformity of processes to MQ standards in a suitable way

-Participation in improvements activities of Operating Unit

-Preparation of requests for process changes and new versions / feasibility studies

Qualifications:

oSimilar experience in the automotive field minimum 2 years;

oKnowledge of production planning and tracking is an advantage, ERP;

oMTM (Methods-Time Measurement)-UAS (Universal Analysis System) certificate is an advantage;

oWell-organized, spontaneous and initiative-minded person;

oAbility to work in a global team;

oWell-developed communication skills;

oAbility to technical analysis and find solutions;

oGood communication skills in English.
