Advanced Test Equipment Engineer (F/M) - Marquardt

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree in Electronics, Automation, Electrical Engineering or similar

• Hands-on experience in testing (hardware / embedded / production )

• Strong knowledge of NI LabVIEW and NI TestStand

• Programming skills (at least one): Python / C / C++ / C#

• Solid understanding of electronics (analog and digital)

• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics

• Experience with measurement equipment: oscilloscope, multimeter, power supplies, logic analyzer

• Strong analytical thinking and debugging mindset (root cause analysis)

• Ability to create and maintain technical documentation (test procedures, reports)

• Good English communication skills (written and spoken)

• Proactive mindset with willingness to learn and continuously improve

• Willingness to step out of comfort zone and work with new technologies

RESPONSIBILITY:

• Develop and maintain test applications in LabVIEW and TestStand

• Define and implement test strategies (functional / EOL / validation)

• Integrate test equipment (instruments, DAQ systems, sensors)

• Perform hardware and software debugging in test environments

• Analyze failures and perform root cause analysis (RCA)

• Validate and calibrate test systems

• Automate test processes and optimize execution time

• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Production teams

• Create and maintain documentation: test documentation, procedures, reports

• Support new product introduction (NPI) activities

• Drive continuous improvement of test processes and cost reduction
