Customer Packaging Account Reconciliation - 2Y FTC ( F/M) - Marquardt

Responsibilities:

• Comparison of packaging movements (incoming/outgoing) with the information received from the customer;

• Raising claims with the customer for identified discrepancies and monitoring their resolution;

• Stock corrections in SAP;

• Organization and overall supervision of returnable customer packaging inventories;

• Optimization of returnable customer packaging stocks, both internally and at external warehouses, through regular stock analyses;

• Analysis of critical packaging;

• Continuous improvement and optimization of the reconciliation process;

• Supervision and recovery of Marquardt-owned packaging from the customer;

• Due to the global nature of the position, availability for business travel is required.

Required qualifications:

• Experience in the automotive industry, with a focus on logistics;

• Experience in packaging planning is considered an advantage;

• Good knowledge of MS Office;

• Good command of written and spoken English;

• Good command of written and spoken German is an advantage;

• Willingness to travel occasionally;

• Willingness to travel for 2-4 weeks per year.
