Senior Recruitment Specialist (with German) F/M - Marquardt

We are looking for a Senior Recruiting Specialist, based in Sibiu, who will support the growth of our teams in our headquarters in Rietheim-Weilheim, Germany.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to understand staffing needs, focusing on R&D technical roles, but also on various other fields of the automotive and non-automotive sectors

• Build and maintain a strong talent pool, engaging both active and passive candidates

• Create and refine job descriptions in line with evolving requirements

• Apply diverse recruiting strategies, with a focus on active sourcing (LinkedIn) and innovative candidate attraction methods

• Review and evaluate resumes and applications

• Conduct structured phone, video, and technical interviews within defined timelines

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including the offer stage, in partnership with the Hiring Manager and local HR Business Partner

• Track recruitment KPIs and prepare relevant reports

• Stay up to date with the latest recruiting trends and best practices

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field

• German language skills: minimum B2 level (C1 preferred)

• English language skills: minimum B2 level (C1 preferred)

• Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience in both local and international environments

• Proven experience in technical recruitment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially Microsoft Excel - for reporting and recruitment data analysis)

• Ability to conduct structured and competency-based interviews

• Hands-on experience with various selection methods and recruitment tools

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills

• Passion for recruitment trends, tools, and innovative sourcing methods

• Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally
