Process Engineer (painting) F/M - Marquardt

Responsibilities:

. Ensures the launch of new projects in the painting/varnishing department, as a result of the fulfillment of specific and quality objectives

. Determine the weaknesses of the processes

. Analyzes the parameters of the painting plant according to the quality of the products;

. Responsible for process optimization and analysis

. Revalidates the process following the interventions

. Responsible for the necessary adjustments of the auxiliary machinery and installations

. Prepares the specific work documentation for each project and coordinates the training of employees in order to use the equipment

. Proposes methods to improve the process of forming, painting and visual inspection

. Ensure that specific performance indicators are tracked

Candidate profile:

. Technical college graduate;

. Minimum 2 years of experience in an automotive company as a process engineer;

. Good English or German speaker;

. Knowledge of common quality tools (5WHY, Fishbone Chart, FMEA, etc.);

. Knowledge of technological design, technological flow;

. Ability to read 2D and 3D technical drawings;

. Ability to work in a team;

. Ability to analyze and solve problems
