IT Application specialist - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (F/M) - Marquardt

Responsibilities:

• Take an active role in shaping and implementing Marquardt's global SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central rollout, contributing directly to the HR core architecture across all regions

• Configure and enhance Employee Central core objects, rules, and processes

• Maintain Role-Based Permissions (RBP), workflows, business rules, and master data structures

• Support global HR master data management and ensure high data accuracy

• Develop ESS/MSS and mobile workflows and implement standard HR document processes, including digital personnel file integration

• Contribute to testing, documentation, release readiness, and continuous improvement

Candidate profile:

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Core configuration

• Understanding of SuccessFactors Suite components and EC-related integrations

• Experience with data management, mappings, or migration activities

• Strong analytical skills and a clear follow-the-standard mindset

• Fluency in English; Romanian or German are an advantage

• Enjoy collaborating in international teams and working in modern HRIT environments
