Demand & Supply Network Planning Specialist

We’re seeking an analytical and proactive professional to support demand forecasting and inventory management activities for the Bulgarian market.  

This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in demand and supply planning while contributing to the alignment of commercial plans with supply chain execution, ensuring product availability and supporting efficient inventory management. You will work closely with experienced local and global stakeholders, facilitating cross-functional planning processes and business decision-making. 

Position: 

As a Demand & Supply Network Planning Specialist, you will:  

• Support the development and maintenance of monthly sales and production forecasts by gathering and analyzing market insights, product launch plans, portfolio initiatives, and stakeholder inputs. 
• Support volume scenario planning and preparation of backup plans to help meet business objectives 
• Monitor sales, stock, and market performance to identify risks, opportunities, and areas requiring adjustments 
• Support finished goods inventory planning activities to help maintain optimal stock levels and inventory turnover 
• Support the coordination of production and supply flows with factories, Customer Service, and Global Supply Chain teams, including purchase order and tax stamp related activities 
• Provide analytical insights and reporting to support decision-making and performance reviews 
• Contribute to maintaining and improving demand and supply planning processes across the RoMoBu cluster, in line with Global standards 
• Collaborate closely with Logistics to support deliveries, stock management activities, and product launches 
• Support local and global reporting requirements and ensure planning data accuracy 

Requirements:  

Education: University degree in a technical or economic field  
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in planning / supply or demand / data-driven & planning-focused commercial roles, or similar 
Language: Proficient in English & Romanian (spoken and written) 
Other skills and knowledge: 

• Basic forecasting and demand planning expertise 
• Understanding commercial business models, sales operations, portfolio management, and distribution processes is an advantage 
• Good understanding of inventory management & supply chain processes and principles; willingness to learn and further develop expertise 
• Strong analytical, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills 
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (Power BI knowledge represents a plus) 
• Knowledge of SAP (IBP knowledge represents a plus)
