Your tasks

• Taking over requirements from the operational teams, in line with the digital development plan of the Petrobrazi Refinery.
• Facilitating collaboration between the 3 refineries of the OMV Group regarding the digitalization portfolio and IT optimization.
• Consulting the team responsible for the digital development plan on the appropriate implementation approach and ensuring the successful operationalization of digital priorities.
• Supporting Enterprise Architecture in identifying the most suitable solutions aligned with the company strategy.
• Managing requests and projects closely linked to process optimization at the IT-OT interface, applying both waterfall and agile methods.
• Planning and monitoring the budget for existing and new applications.
• Coordinating stakeholder and requirements management to address current needs, ensuring fit-for-purpose solutions in line with defined IT guidelines and business KPIs.
• Coordinating IT/OT security topics according to OMV guidelines and business best practices for current and future applications.
• Identifying, selecting, and coordinating suppliers for new projects and existing services. Ensuring IT requirements and technical evaluations within tendering and procurement processes, in close alignment with Procurement and business stakeholders.
• Responsible for data and application management, with a focus on continuous service improvement.

Your profile

•  University degree Master - Project Management, Information technology, Information security
• Excellent knowledge of English language
• Experience in Project Management, Information technology, Information security, business administration, or comparable professional experience: > 7 years.
•  Excellent knowledge of IT & OT systems
• Good knowledge in Waterfall and Agile methodologies 
• VBA and other programming languages very good knowledge
• Excellent understanding of IT Application and Project Management
• Experience in the Energy Sector
