We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team and play a key role in attracting, identifying, and hiring top talent while contributing to employer branding initiatives and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job briefing to offer acceptance.

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring timelines.

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.

• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and competency-based assessments.

• Participate in employer branding initiatives, promoting the company's reputation as an employer of choice through recruitment campaigns, job fairs, industry events, career conferences, and university presentations.

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

• Coordinate interview processes and facilitate communication between candidates and stakeholders.

• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout all stages of the recruitment process.

• Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, tools, and employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role.

• Proven experience managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.

• Experience using recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, eJobs or similar tools.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
