Finance Internship - Ferrero Romania

About the Role:

Ferrero Romania is looking for a Finance Intern to join the Finance team for a 6-month fixed-term internship, supporting financial reporting, controlling processes, and audit-related activities.
This role offers hands-on exposure to financial systems, reporting tools, and core accounting processes. You will work closely with experienced professionals acrossControlling and Finance, gaining visibility into key financial operations while contributing to accurate reporting.

Main Responsibilities:

In this role, you will support the preparation of weekly sales reports by extracting and validating data from SAP, ensuring accuracy and consistency for business analysis.

You will contribute to month-end closing activities, performing data checks and assisting in the preparation of reporting files.

Additionally, you will handle ad-hoc reporting requests from stakeholders, supporting the decision making. You will perform reconciliations between SAP and external databases, ensuring alignment across systems and identifying discrepancies.

Along with the Finance team, you will support price verification controls and assist during the interim audit by handling junior-level accounting tasks.

About You:

You are a student or recent graduate with an interest in finance, accounting, and data analysis, with good analytical skills and attention to detail. You have a solid command of Excel, and familiarity with SAP or financial systems is a plus. Proficiency in English is required. Previous experience is not a requirement, but we are looking for someone with a strong willingness to learn, a structured mindset, and a proactive “can-do” attitude.
