Your tasks

• Ensures the preparation, coordination, and execution of the annual Compensation cycle at Group level in line with internal policies, procedures, and relevant legislation;
• Acts as subject matter expert for Compensation topics, providing guidance in complex cases and advisory support to senior management, including process enhancements and best practices;
• Administer the My Success Factors (MySF) Compensation/Salary Review module, ensuring effective set-up, maintenance, continuous improvement, and proper documentation of performance-driven compensation decisions;
• Act as Global First Level Support for the Compensation module, providing timely and effective support by identifying, analysing, and resolving user issues; escalate unsolved cases as needed and manage a high volume of user requests while ensuring high levels of user satisfaction;
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with compensation policies while collaborating with Payroll Administration to ensure correct processing;
• Support all cyclical tasks across MySF modules in Talent Management team (e.g., performance, succession, bonus, recognition), in line with defined process descriptions, procedures, and rules;
• Respond to compensation inquiries from managers, employees, and HR Business Partners, providing guidance on policies, processes, eligibility criteria, solutions, and data verification;
• Collaborate closely with local Digital Solutions, P&C Business Partners, local HR, Reward, IT, Payroll, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth, consistent execution of processes and alignment of system usage across the organization;
• Contributes to the development and continuous improvement of policies, frameworks, procedures, and tools, ensuring alignment across entities and consistent application of Compensation practices;
• Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization and automation and contribute to continuous improvement across Compensation and other relevant MySF modules.

Your profile

• Bachelor's Degree: Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, etc;
• Relevant professional experience: more than 7 years;
• Relevant experience in HR, preferably within Compensation, Performance Management, Talent Management, or HR Systems;
• Hands-on experience with MySuccessFactors suite or similar HR systems with a strong focus on Compensation; exposure to integrated HR modules is a strong advantage;
• Experience working in an international and cross-cultural environment, ideally within a global organization;
• Proven involvement in the execution and improvement of Compensation processes;
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends;
• Good stakeholder management and collaboration skills in a cross-functional environment;
• Attention to detail and accuracy in managing sensitive HR data;
• Very strong MS Office skills, especially Excel;
• Fluency in English, German is a plus.
