Business System Analyst - Risk Data

• Implementation and Customization of Atlassian & OpenText products (MicroFocus) and other niche products/solutions

• AI based Decision Intelligence solutions.

Requirements

Must-have:
- 3+ years of experience as a BSA, Data Analyst, or System Analyst
- Experience with:
- Data Warehouse / Data Pipelines
- Reporting / BI
- SQL (PL-SQL or similar)
- Experience in business and system analysis
- AI user-level knowledge
- Fluent English

Nice-to-have:
- Experience in the Risk domain
- Data modeling
- Experience with system integration and data mapping
- Agile experience
- Familiarity with tools such as:
- Data Governance solutions
- BI / Analytics tools
- AI / Copilot tools

Responsibilities

- Understand and clarify business requirements across the Risk area
- Translate requirements into functional and non-functional specifications
- Analyze the impact on existing systems, including DWH and upstream/downstream applications

- Define and document:
- source-to-target mapping
- business rules and data transformations
- reporting requirements and KPIs

- Collaborate with:
- Data Engineers, Developers, and QA teams
- Product Owners and business stakeholders

- Actively contribute to:
- identifying data needs
- solution design
- impact analysis for system changes
- testing activities, including UAT and data validation
- post go-live stabilization

- Support:
- data quality initiatives (DQIs)
- data governance and lineage
- definition of data products
