A Day in the Life  As a Finance Analyst in Romania, you will report to the Finance Manager and be a key player in ensuring the financial health of our teams. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the financial success and the sustainability goals of L’Oréal.

• Financial Analysis & Reporting: You will be responsible for the accurate and timely preparation of financial reports, variance analysis, and key performance indicator (KPI) tracking. You will analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Business Partner: Influence and encourage with a financial perspective in the decision making of our teams (marketing, commercials, operations, etc). Give financial support and orientation.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: You will participate in the annual budgeting and forecasting process, providing insightful analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Process Improvement: You will identify opportunities to improve financial processes, implement best practices, and enhance efficiency within the team.

We Are Looking For The ideal candidate possesses a strong blend of financial acumen (at least 3 years in a similar role), analytical skills, and a commitment to sustainability. They are a highly effective communicator and collaborator, able to influence stakeholders at all levels.

• Financial Expertise: Proven experience in financial controlling, with a strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
• Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Communication & Influence: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to both financial and non-financial audiences.
• Transdisciplinary Thinking: Ability to connect insights from different disciplines to create innovative solutions.
