    Requirements

    - Previous experience in customer service or a similar customer support role
    - Excellent written communication skills in French (advanced level – mandatory)
    - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
    - Positive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
    - Empathy and the ability to quickly understand customer needs
    - Interest in technology and improving digital customer experiences

    Responsibilities

    - Provide timely and efficient customer support via written channels (email and ticketing systems), ensuring high-quality responses and adherence to SLAs
    - Handle incoming customer requests and ensure proper resolution, including follow-ups when needed
    - Use and help improve support tools (such as ticketing platforms) to streamline workflows and increase efficiency
    - Contribute to the improvement of customer support processes by identifying optimization opportunities
    - Analyze customer feedback and escalate technical or complex issues to relevant internal teams
    - Monitor customer reviews and public feedback platforms, encouraging users to share their experience
