Key Responsibilities:

• Develop compelling content for both internal and external communication channels.

• Ensure seamless and consistent communication of key company updates and announcements across departments.

• Play an active role in organizing both internal and external company events, while contributing to employer branding initiatives.

• Collaborate on the development and execution of Employer Branding strategies to attract top talent in alignment with our HR goals.

• Drive continuous initiatives that reinforce our company values and foster team cohesion.

• Mentor and support the communication team, ensuring alignment with overall communication strategy and objectives.

• Implementing changes on the company's website in accordance with the promotion strategy.

• Monitoring websites and providing regular updates to top management.

• Management of crisis communication and situations.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in communications, PR, Marketing, Literature, or related fields.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in both internal and external communication.

• Proficiency in English (advanced level).

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft SharePoint.

• Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms.

• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and a keen eye for detail.

• Ability to analyse and synthesize information effectively.

• Previous team management experience is a plus!
