About the Coca-Cola HBC Program:

Supply Chain Future Leaders Program - This is a full-time graduate role, not an internship

Duration: 1 year and 3 months of accelerated learning and hands-on development

Growth: Gain exposure to real manufacturing operations, mentoring, technical training, and impactful projects

Impact: Contribute directly to operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives from day one

Your Key Roles:

Operations Focus: Support the smooth running of highly automated production equipment and manufacturing processes

Hands-on Experience: Work directly on production lines and gain practical exposure to industrial technologies and operational workflows

Project Involvement: Participate in or contribute to departmental and cross-functional operational improvement projects

Responsibility: Plan, organize, and deliver on your assignments, objectives, projects, and results

Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with production teams, colleagues, and mentors

Innovation: Propose and support process, efficiency, and operational improvements
