Why This Role Matters

As a Analyst Pricing Competence Center you will play a key role in ensuring pricing accuracy and operational excellence across the organization. By translating pricing strategies into system execution, you help optimize revenue, minimize financial risks, and support business growth. Through close collaboration with cross-functional teams, you contribute to process standardization, continuous improvement, and a high level of service for internal stakeholders and customers. Your analytical mindset and attention to detail help ensure efficient pricing operations and support the company's overall performance objectives.

What You'll Do

• Analyze and understand pricing strategies across different Business Units and ensure their accurate execution in PriMa and SAP systems

• Maintain and update pricing conditions, including list prices, discounts, net prices, rebate agreements, campaigns, and promotions

• Monitor SAP interfaces and ensure correct integration and execution within the SAP SD module

• Review and resolve blocked orders in collaboration with local Revenue Management teams and support billing release activities

• Perform pricing analysis and identify corrective actions to support business targets, operational excellence, and team KPIs

• Execute SOX and operational controls related to pricing maintenance while ensuring compliance with internal standards and procedures

• Drive process improvements, standardization, and optimization initiatives while collaborating cross-functionally with Pricing, Billing, Sales Administration, and Customer Administration teams

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field

• Fluent in English and Italian, with a proactive mindset and a continuous improvement approach toward processes and systems

• 2-3+ years of experience in Pricing, Billing Operations, Sales Administration, or Customer Administration

• Experience working with SAP (nice to have) and strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office tools (must have)

• Strong analytical and numerical reasoning skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy

• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and solve operational challenges in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally across different business functions
