    Demand Planner - Bucharest

    Join Coca-Cola HBC and play a key role in shaping accurate demand planning and business decision-making within our Supply Chain team.

    As a Demand Planner, you will support the development of reliable demand forecasts through data analysis, statistical planning, and close collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams. Your contribution will help ensure optimal product availability, improved forecast accuracy, and efficient inventory management.

    In This Exciting Role You Will:

    Analyze historical sales and supply data to support accurate forecasting activities

    Develop and maintain baseline forecasts using statistical forecasting tools and methodologies

    Identify trends, risks, and opportunities impacting demand plans

    Collaborate with Sales and cross-functional teams to gather market insights and refine forecasts

    Prepare and submit demand plans within planning systems, supporting the consensus planning process

    Support scenario planning activities through data analysis and business insights

    Ensure alignment between Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to optimize service levels

    Support forecast-related reporting activities while ensuring high data accuracy and consistency

    Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on forecasting accuracy and process efficiency

    You Can Be Successful in This Role If You Have:

    University degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, Supply Chain, Economics, or related fields

    Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Planning, Sales Administration, Supply Chain, or a related analytical role

    Strong analytical and quantitative skills

    Understanding of statistical forecasting methods and scenario planning

    Experience working in cross-functional and collaborative environments

    Familiarity with SAP and commercial planning platforms

    Advanced English communication skills
